Jessica Brown

Jessica Brown attended La Salle University, where she earned her degree in Criminal Justice in 2013. She has spent more than six years working on NFL Concussion Settlement matters, building a practice that now encompasses hundreds of former players at every stage of the claims process — from initial filing through preliminary review, claim determinations, audit responses, and formal appeals.

She is an expert in the detailed analysis of medical records, diagnosis, and assessment of latent brain disease in former NFL and NCAA players. She understands the totality of medical records, neurological evaluations, brain scans of all kinds, and how their full weight can precisely support a diagnosis. She also helps retired athletes navigate 88-Plan applications, the system that a former player and his family often have to manage at the same time they are processing a life-altering diagnosis.

Jessica manages the practice of the firm. Her NFL work is alongside the firm's expanding docket of individual NCAA brain injury lawsuits. Jessica assists in every aspect of trial preparation and strategy inside and outside of the courtroom. She helps manage football families, their medical records, and every piece of evidence in their cases.

Jessica's practice management requires both precision and patience, and she brings both.
