Tom Church graduated in 1994 from Harvard University and in 1997 from William and Mary Law School. He was a litigation associate at Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads LLP from 1997 to 2000. Mr. Church focuses on the firm’s NCAA cases and is part of the trial team. He was instrumental in the pre-trial and post-trial litigation of the landmark case in South Carolina, for Robert and Debra Geathers, which resulted in an $18 million verdict.
